What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renter's insurance is required. For details, please contact our leasing office.
How much notice is needed before moving out?
All leases require a 60 day written notice to vacate. Please contact leasing office for additional questions.
What utility companies do you use?
Washington Gas and Dominion Energy are the essential utility providers. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.
What Cable/Internet Providers are available?
The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: Cox Communication and Verizon. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 6th. Rent can be paid online by visiting the resident portal. If you have further questions, please contact our leasing office team.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?
Yes, we are proud to offer employer discounts. Please contact the leasing office for a full list of discounts and concessions offered for preferred employers.
Does your community offer furnished apartments?
No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.
Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?
All apartment homes include the following appliances: refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.
Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
Are there ceiling fans?
Yes, ceiling fans are included in select apartment homes with lofts. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.
Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?
There is open parking available. One vehicle per lease holder is permitted. Alternatively, reserved spaces are available for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.
Is there a gym, pool, or common area?
Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a swimming pool, modern fitness center, and landscaped outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and socializing. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.
Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?
While our amenities are available to all residents, they are not available to rent out.
Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

Are there EV charging stations?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community; however, there are several charging locations nearby.
Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?
Yes, the community is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and local parks in the surrounding area. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby shopping, dining, and local services.
What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. Sub-leasing is not allowed. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.
Is there a maximum number of occupants?
The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 1 bedroom - 3, 2 bedroom - 5, 3 bedroom - 7. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.
Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Guests can stay for up to 3 days at a time and not to exceed 6 days in a calendar month. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Is there guest parking available?
Contact the leasing office to find more information about the guest parking policy. Residents must obtain a visitor pass for their guests that will be parking onsite. They are restricted from parking in reserved spaces for residents.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds or in the homes. The community follows a restrictive smoking policy to support a clean and healthy living environment.
